Privacy notice
Last updated 28 October 2026
Project Modulus (“we”) runs projectmodulus.com. This notice explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this marketing site only — the Modulus app has its own terms.
What we collect
- When you apply to be a design partner: your name, email, company, city, role, team size and anything you write about your work.
- Basic technical data sent with every web request (IP address, browser type), used to keep the site working and to block abuse.
- Anonymous, aggregate page-view statistics. These use no cookies and can't identify you.
Why we collect it
Only to consider your application, contact you about the pilot, and run the site. We process application data on the basis of the consent you give on the form. We don't sell personal data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Where it's stored and who sees it
Applications are stored in Google Cloud (Firestore) and may be emailed to the founders through our email provider. Only the founders can access them. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside India.
How long we keep it
Application data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
- Ask what personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or complete it.
- Withdraw consent and ask us to erase it.
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you.
- Raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India.
Write to founder@projectmodulus.com. We reply within 30 days.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. Page-view statistics are cookieless.
Changes
If this notice changes, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes to how we use application data will be emailed to applicants.
