These terms cover your use of projectmodulus.com. Using the Modulus app is governed by a separate agreement.

Modulus is a tool, not an engineer

Modulus helps licensed engineers prepare design packages. The licensed engineer of record keeps full responsibility for every design decision, calculation and drawing they issue, and for checking Modulus's output before sealing it. Modulus does not provide engineering services or professional advice.

Content on this site

Examples, calculations and figures on this site — including the demo project — illustrate how the product works. They are not designs for any real building and must not be used as such. Clause mappings shown may still be pending validation.

Intellectual property

The Project Modulus name, the Modulus product, and this site's text and design belong to us. Standards named on this site (IS, IEC and others) belong to their publishers; we cite them, we don't reproduce them.

No warranty

We work to keep this site accurate, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from relying on it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
